The people behind Windsor Path. Our job is to give member firms the operating support, thought partnership, and technology that mid-sized firms have historically had to build alone, or do without.

Our Founders

Camilo Maldonado

Camilo's passion for starting and running businesses developed during his childhood, as he observed his father meticulously preparing for work every morning. The untimely loss of his father to brain cancer at the age of seven solidified Camilo's determination to work hard and follow in his dad's footsteps.

Before co-founding Windsor Path, Camilo operated technology-driven businesses over the past decade. More specifically, Camilo successfully built two technology businesses and was an early employee at Bonobos, a trailblazer in the eCommerce apparel industry that was acquired by Walmart for $310 million.

Camilo has an MBA from Harvard and completed his undergraduate studies in finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Camilo is a devoted husband and doting father to his three sons. In his spare time, Camilo enjoys playing ice hockey and making pottery.

Daniel Urgelles

Danny spent a decade in private equity, most recently as a principal at TowerBrook Capital Partners, where he co-led the firm's investment in EisnerAmper, a top-20 accounting and tax firm. That experience - working alongside firm leadership through a period of rapid growth - is what led him to co-found Windsor Path.

Danny grew up in South Florida, the son and grandson of Cuban immigrants whose work ethic and scrappiness shaped how he approaches building businesses today. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

He lives in New York City with his wife, Sophie, and their two children. He's fluent in Spanish, conversational in Portuguese, and currently learning German — and is always up for salsa dancing or a new restaurant.
